Time flies, much too fast. We are so taken in our daily life that we do not see the passing days, but fortunately the photos are there to "freeze" the time ... This is the whole subject of the project initiated by the American photographer Josephine Sittenfeld who had the idea of take his friends in pictures with 17 years apart.
In 2000while studying at theUniversity of Princeton, Josephine was having fun photographing his friends. 17 years laterduring a meeting of former students, she had the idea to propose to these same friends of take pictures in the same postures as the first shots. We then realize that time has its effect, but not necessarily in the same way for everyone. If some people change a lot physically, others keep the same style and seem not to have a wrinkle!
We let you discover below the different shots of this project baptized "Meeting". And if you are passionate about photo projects, we invite you to discover the idea of this photographer who had fun diverting his childhood photos to embed himself ... 20 years later !
