The end of year celebrations are now behind us but we wanted to present you the original works of the Taiwanese artistCiro Wai. At a time when liver crises are linked because of overdoses of chocolate, Ciro Wai, as for him, surprises us with his crisis of creativity and plays it bling bling.
He uses the famous paper golden aluminum which initially coats the chocolates Ferrero Rocher by sculpting 12 pretty figurines positioned each on their respective brown podium. Note that these creatures correspond to 12 astrological signs.
One thing is certain, Ciro Wai has more than drawn its inspiration from the famous brand since it exploits thoroughly each and every element of the packaging, without exception. From the golden packaging to the brown support and the label, no details are left to chance for the creation of his subjects.
Everything is decomposed, then re-transformed in its own way and we love to contemplate its wonderful sculptures! Unusual art as we like it at Creapills which reminds us of the idea of the Japanese artistHaruki which transforms packaging into sculptures with fantastic details. Artistic recycling seems to have a future ahead of him ... 😉
