To encourage supporters to support the Denmark to the world Cup in Russia, Carlsberg so created, in collaboration with the agency CP + B, the first caviar made entirely of beer thanks to molecular cuisine.
Honestly, the dish seems so improbable that we would like to taste it out of sheer curiosity. In the meantime, it is the supporters of the Denmark who were able to benefit first ... and maybe even the players.
